Requirements Properties
If you are interested in renting any of our properties for long term, the following requirements have to be met:
Have an indefinite or temporary employment contract and record of your employment history must also be presented.
In the case of pensioners, the Social Security pension certificate or the annual revaluation letter of the pension must be presented.
Submit copies of the last three payslips. In the case of pensioners, copies of the last three monthly payments of the pension.
Have a combined income between the signatories of at least 3,5 times the monthly rent.
Self-employed or companies that wish to rent any of our properties will have to present the following documents:
Self-employed:
Latest tax return
Last two quarters of IGIC and personal income tax (IRPF) in your name (if payslips are available, the quarterly IGIC and personal income tax (IRPF) can be substituted by the last three payslips and the "Model 200" of the company)
Last three Self-Employed cuota payments
The current rental agreement and the last three receipts
Companies:
CIF of the company
Notarial Deed of Power of Attorney
Latest accounts
The current rental agreement and the last three receipts
Guarantors:
The guarantors will have to supply the the same documents as requested from the tenants.
Additional guarantees: The urban rental law allows the landlord and the tenant to agree to the payment of any additional type of guarantee to which the tenant is held liable. Some landlords may request the payment of one or more monthly payments in form of an additional guarantee.
